Overview

Lead and develop a team that interacts on a daily basis with WAXIE customers and Branch personnel.  Ensure proper account implementation and maintenance, liaise between various departments at WAXIE.  

Essential Duties

• Management & Leadership: Manage day-to-day department needs and develop a team of Specialists and Administrators. Help the department maintain a positive work environment and efficient workflow process.
• New Customer Implementation: Assign new accounts to the correct team members and ensure customer information is accurately input into A+.
• Customer Maintenance: Audit customer accounts for accuracy. Help WAXIE keep our promises to our customers through accurate enterprise software account setup.
• Analytics & Compliance: Ensure consistency between sell price and cost, including cost supports. Audit product mix. Ensure compliance with Network Services programs and reporting.
• Troubleshoot: Investigate and resolve account administrative issues, cost implementation issues, credit disputes, and matters that may arise affecting account profitability.
• Cross Functional Teamwork: Regularly work with cross functional WAXIE teams which can include Cost Implementation, Sales, Corporate Account Directors, Executive, Procurement, Product Management, MIS, and Credit.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
• Previous management experience with a strong desire to lead.
• Experience providing top-notch customer service.
• Detail-oriented and well organized, capable of handling multiple projects at once, and prepared to deal with rapidly-changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of WAXIE products and services preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong math skills.
• Able to self-motivate and follow-through on projects.
• Able to work with teams spread across multiple locations.
• Previous A+ experience required.
• Ability to retain confidential information.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
