We are looking for a Corporate Account Services Manager to lead and develop an 8-person team that interacts on a daily basis with cherished WAXIE customers. This person will serve as a working manager to ensure proper account implementation and maintenance, will be a liaison between various departments at WAXIE, and will work closely with our vendors. We need someone to be a master at troubleshooting issues and finding solutions when a department need arises. You up for it?


Essential Duties

  • Management & Leadership: Manage day-to-day department needs and develop a team of Market Segment Specialists and Corporate Account Administrators. Help the department maintain a positive work environment and efficient workflow process.
  • New Customer Implementation: Assign new accounts to the correct team members and ensure customer information is accurately input into WAXIE’s ERP system. Submit product levels to WAXIE’s procurement team to ensure proper inventory levels are available.
  • Customer Maintenance: Run reports to compare new customer information against former customer accounts to ensure information is not being duplicated. Also, help WAXIE keep our promises to our customers through accurate enterprise software account setup and top-notch customer care.
  • Analytics: Assess the year-to-year growth of accounts and evaluate need-to-know business trends that can take WAXIE to the next level.
  • Compliance: Ensure consistency between sell price and cost price. Audit product mix and ensure maintenance of Order Guide spreadsheets for customer product requests.
  • Troubleshoot: Investigate and resolve account administrative issues, cost implementation issues, credit disputes, and matters that may arise affecting account profitability.
  • Cross Functional Teamwork: Regularly work with cross functional WAXIE teams which can include Cost Implementation, Sales, Executive, Procurement, Product Management, MIS, Credit, and a multitude of WAXIE vendors.


  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite with a strong skill set in Excel.
  • Previous management experience with a strong desire to lead.
  • Obsessed with a top-notch customer experience.
  • Detail-oriented and well organized, capable of handling multiple projects at once, and prepared to deal with rapidly-changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to self-motivate and follow-through on projects.
  • Able to work with teams spread across multiple locations.
  • Intrinsic passion for independent, creative problem-solving.
  • Previous AS400 experience a plus.
