WAXIE is looking for a skilled Customer Service Supervisor at our Kent, Washington office! Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for leading a customer service team, handling escalated customer concerns, monitoring sales order entries and much more. This person will serve as a liaison between various departments at WAXIE, and will work closely with our Operations teams. The Customer Service Supervisor will need to be a master at troubleshooting issues and finding solutions when a department need arises. 


This position is Monday-Friday with weekends and holidays off and offers benefits including medical/dental and 401K.

Essential Duties

  • Manages day to day department needs and responsible for selecting, developing, directing and motivating WAXIE's customer service team.
  • Conducts performance appraisals and salary recommendations for employees to maintain a stable and competent organization. 
  • Responsible for ensuring all proper procedures are followed through by staff including answering phones and emails promptly and courteously.
  • Provides guidance and direction to employees in the interpretation and administration of customer service policies and procedures.
  • Monitors, develops, and evaluates Customer Service techniques and procedures.
  • Responsible for ensuring the entry of all sales orders, including purchase orders and faxed orders are completed with accuracy.
  • Communicates and informs Operations Manager of major customer issues or customer complaints.
  • Services and sells to customers promptly and efficiently, following all company policies and guidelines.
  • Responsible for the phone system, along with any repairs and supply ordering.
  • Handles any escalated customer questions or issues.
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Previous leadership experience with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively resolve issues.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • CRM database experience preferred. 
  • Obsessed with a top-notch customer experience with the ability to motivate and lead a CSR team for successful results.
  • Detail-oriented and well organized with the adaptability for rapidly-changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • HS Diploma or equivalent.
