To help coordinate account administration to support development and compliance of corporate accounts.  

     

    This position is full-time, Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm with the opportunity for overtime, and holidays off.  Hourly range is $19 - $20 per hour depending on experience.

    Essential Duties

    • Coordinate account setup and maintenance administration for assigned corporate accounts and Network Services Accounts.
    • Single point of contact for key corporate accounts.
    • Work directly with customers to ensure program success.
    • Responsible for order flow and order entry for orders received via email, phone, and through electronic methods.
    • Maintain positive, trouble-free workflow processes.
    • Assure all orders are placed and delivered within contracted parameters.
    • Research and resolve order flow and product backorder concerns.
    • Audit customer accounts to ensure compliance with appropriate program.
    • Liaise with Credit Department and Cost Implementation Team on all assigned corporate accounts.
    • Seek opportunities to sell as much of the contracted suite of products as appropriate for each end-user.
    • Deploy field personnel from WAXIE or contracted vendors as required to ensure product is successfully delivered, installed, and properly used, or to resolve concerns.
    • Analyze and develop creative ways to remove costs from the supply chain to create efficiencies for WAXIE and the client.
    • Research customer sales activity for proposed Network Services programs.
    • Prepare Excel reports as required.
    • Analyze and review a plethora of reports.
    • Perform price management and ensure compliance for assigned accounts.
    • Liaise with Network Services national account administration.
    • Work with Corporate Accounts team and Branches to launch new programs.
    • Communicate with Branch personnel regarding corporate account activity.
    • Serve as problem-solver and liaison for assigned account issues.
    • Communicate with external and internal customers utilizing WAXIE’s Basics of Service.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
    • Previous account management, sales, or customer service required.
    • Excellent customer service skills and entrepreneurial spirit.
    • Previous A+ experience preferred.
    • Previous WAXIE administrative or customer-oriented experience strongly preferred.
    • Knowledge of WAXIE products and services preferred.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to resolve issues promptly.
    • Demonstrated ability to handle a high volume and wide variety of work within the confines of negotiated contracts.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Strong math skills.
    • Excellent attention to detail.
    • Ability to retain confidential information.
    • High School diploma or equivalent required.
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
